Episode 72: (Mini-sode) Making Maintainable and Achievable Goals

I wanted to share just a little blip of the IG LIVE that I did with my friend Elizabeth Dall, from The Woman of Wellness. Elizabeth has become a good friend and a great resource for me when it comes to my goals and my relationship with my body and around food which is why I wanted to share this conversation with you.

In this episode:

What is a maintainable goal: consider these your “lifestyle” goals. These are the goals that you just live. The things that become a part of your identity. The things that you can keep up consistently and long term.

What is an achievable goal: these are “finish line goals” or things you can check off a list. They tend to be less sustainable. They have and end point, an achievement point.

These goals can work together. One is not better than the other, but they work together to give you a great overall approach to living a life you love, and accomplishing and checking big things off your list.
