Let’s kick off 2022 with a Positive Start!
It’s that time of year again, when everyone (and their dog) wants to know:
What are your New Years resolutions?
What goals do you have?
What things do you want to change?
How do you want this next year to go?
Wow. That’s a lot to have figured out all in the one week between the craziness of Christmas and New Years.
I used to think I had to have it all figured out, with a detailed plan in my hands, by 12:01 on January 1st.
*insert face palm emoji*
Obviously that rarely worked out and I would start the year off frantic and annoyed that I was already “behind”.
Kind of a crappy way to start the year, am I right?
The truth is, you don’t have to have it all figured out by January 1st. You can take your time to get intentional, to really figure out what you want and how you are going to get there.
So breathe a sigh of relief, and know that you aren’t behind. You don’t have to have it all figured out to have a positive start to your year.

1 on 1 Vision and Goal Setting Call
Week one, before the group “officially” starts, you and I will get together virtually and discuss your vision for 2022 and come up with the goals you want to get started on. The ones that are going to have the biggest and quickest impact. These goals are just for you and don’t have to look like anyone else’s. This call helps you get clear on what you want to feel this year, and how we are gonna make that happen.

Weekly Group Zoom Check- In
No goals left behind!
Weekly check ins means accountability and accountability equals success! Each zoom call is a chance to go over the past week, share what worked, what didn’t, and nail down your plan for the next week. There will also be trainings, tips and tricks to help you hit all of your goals.

Marco Polo Group
Stay in contact with the group throughout the week on Marco Polo. You can interact as much or as little as your want.
Hop on to troubleshoot, share in the moment wins, get out frustrations, and cheer each other on. Having a support group is one of the best ways to hit your goals and this group will definitely help you do that.
