Episode 70: (Mini-sode) Focus On What You Want to Feel
Monday Mini-sode!
Minisodes are a quick hit of motivation and inspiration to start your week. Topic for this week is goal setting in the new year. My tip for making any goal is to push past the surface of the goal and focus on the feeling that you are chasing. What is the feeling that you will feel when this goal is accomplished?
Once you have that feeling defined, it’s easier to craft habits and goals around that feeling and you are less likely to fall off the wagon, because you are no longer just chasing a goal, you are after something you are connected to at a deeper level.
