Hey, I’m Jessie and I changed my life by making my bed!

I’m dead serious.
In 2019 I found myself in a dark place full of anxiety, stomach aches, and stress. I knew I needed a change. But to be honest I didn’t have the time or energy for a huge transformation or a super elaborate 12 step morning routine. I needed a win and I needed it quick.

Just this small, simple action of making my bed benefitted my life like crazy…like it changed EVERYTHING. Oh and then I found actual science to back me up. Turns out that small shifts and little wins are HUGE when it comes to changing your life.
